Holli was great to work with. If I had any questions or concerns she was always available and took the time to explain things. Getting approved for a home mortgage through Holli was extremely easy and basically stress free. Honestly working with Holli was easier than when I bought a vehicle. When it came time for close my realtor and title company wanted me to go to Omaha at the last minute even through I was buying a house in Lincoln. Holli was awesome, stepped in and had the closing take place at her office. Holli even handled the closing paperwork herself with her office staff. I appreciated not having to drive two unnecessary hours to close. At the closing Holli was personable and friendly. When it came to the paperwork,Holli was organized and straight to the point, which I loved. Overall my experience was great and would recommend Holli to anyone. My realtor even said she would recommend Holli to all of her Lincoln clients.

I used Tracy in the past and I wanted to sell my house and downsize to a townhome. I went back to Tracy and she let me know she was now at Gershman. I had some things I needed to do in order to buy another house. Tracy is very open, honest and trustworthy and told me exactly what I needed to do and how long it would take so I did it and when I called back she told me my score went up. She also will look at which loan is best for you and also looks at the the life of the loan as well. I have gone to another mortgage company and they never got back to me. I will always stay with Tracy and refer her to others. She tells you what you need to do in order to get a loan if you aren't quite there yet and is willing to give your advise on what you need to do in order to get a loan so you can buy a house or townhome. I'm glad I met her and again would refer her to others. Tracy did an outstanding job for me. Thank you Tracy!

Tracy was excellent at communicating with us at each step of the home-buying process.
