Not friendly. They don't seem very competent. High fees. They could not figure out a wire transfer. The manager on the line at another location was rude to me and about me when I was accommodating to them and their ineptitude. Their hours are inconvenient and they are unprofessional.

Joel Heinzmann at Lincoln Federal in South Lincoln did a great job of working with us on our VBS offering. He had to transport it to another bank to put it through their counter. It was a heavy amount for our children's contest. Thank you for working with us!
