Service is lacking. They will shut your bank card down in a hot second when it is an authorized purchase and cause customers grief and hardships.. When you do actually need assistance for fraud and a chargeback, be prepared for heavy sighs and long faces. THEY ARE WORRIED about Visa losing money!!! I guess they forgot I am the customer and actually... "I was the one who lost the money". So please if you order an item online and it is suppossed to be delivered in 2 days and it is not....head to your friendly peanut bank and do a chargeback on day 3. (You will not be met with a smile). Giving shippers time with the supply chain issues is not an option with this bank. UPDATE #1- Approximately 20 days. NO real progress. Confusion galore at Pinnacle Visa Disputes. BANK will not continue one dispute, yet pinnacle visa disputes states they are disputing both fraud charges?? Poor service. I asked why Visa allows Fraud/scammers to have visa accounts access to scam customers? PINNACLE said contact Visa....So I did....Visa said I should get my money back in 5 days. PINNACLE has not followed Visa's direction, and seems not to like Visa's decision. PINNACLE Bank has attempted to discourage me from saying I was a victim of fraud? So no money returned to this customer from two fraudster companies. No attempts to resolve this poor customer service, but that is Ok. I need to find a real bank with real customer service , and that treats fraud websites as FRAUD. I do not need Pinnacle employees to tell me they are worried about Visa's money, when I the customer lost almost $900. I have learned alot about this bank in the last 3 weeks and none of it is good. Maybe I am lucky I only lost $900 with Pinnacle Bank?? Further updates to follow.
UPDATE 3- no money returned. LOL...pinnacle bank called the pdw felon scammer and were told sure he would return the money????? It has been 9 months and no money. Pinnacle better check that dude out? This is actually frightning that they believe the scammer at pdw solutions! So give me my money back for visa fraud like yoi should and you collect it from PDW solutions, since you think they will refund.
UPDATE 4.-- I have not been contacted by the bank until today. I called them. The owner needs to be aware supposedly they called PDW solutions last week. Never called to update me. The owner of the bank should be aware of the low quality service. Just withdrew all of my savings OUT.
UPDATE 5- No updates from Pinnacle for 2 weeks. Poor service as usual. Somebody let Andy know the real nice scammer from PDW solutions has NOT refunded my money. ANDY was so sure the nice Felon scammer man was refunding the money he stole. Lol...Brian Schroeder

Staff at Pinnacle Bank has been responsive and helpful with a recent unauthorized charge on my visa card by a convenience store in Oklahoma. Bank staff have reached out to us numerous times to help and direct the recovery of our lost funds. It is almost unbelievable the bank and Visa need to step in and correct this fraudulent charge. The convenience store is not willing to remove the unauthorized charge. I am hopeful this issue will be resolved, and thankful for the assistance from Pinnacle Bank/Visa in this matter.
