Worst bank rude and no empathy. Tried opening an account with them but couldn’t proceed because they put ridiculous obstacles in the way. Not only that I was laughed at and made fun of by one of the tellers. Tried to get manager involved didn’t do much the worker kept on embarrassing me. Sad I hope you change your staff worst customer service. When I got a hold of customer service I was redirected to the norfolk office to the same staff. Will close my account due to these unnecessary problems. The saddest part is I wouldn’t be treated this way if I was white. I do not recommend getting an account with them
