I have to keep coming back to the bank for this account because I can't log in to it the girl that's help me has had a attitude the last time I came cuz I want to change my email and I still can't get into my account online very frustrating I regret open an account here

This has been my bank for awhile now, 5 yrs or more, still have to go to other banks for loans, they don't seem to want to put in any effort, didn't return calls or explain options. Yet banks whom I have never banked with go out of their way to help. ?? And yes this is the right bank,
