I used to love this bank. They had great customer service and stayed on top of everything. The customer service has taken a major hit lately. Not all but some of the staff has become "snotty" and not personable at all. Mitchele (might not be spelling it right) is still one of the great ones. Then it going down was understandable. However I still can't access online banking. The ATM says it's "offline". So I'm still forced to call in and check my account. I've decided after many years I'll be switching banks. Which is sad it's got to that point. It just isn't what it once was. I wish them the best though
