Centris Federal Credit Union, North Platte, NE

**Attention** I’ve been dealing with a Centris error on my loan paperwork recently. I am in another state so I’ve got to communicate via phone. I have talked with Dylan several times over the last few months. Dylan is extremely rude and very unprofessional. This is an error on their end that is costing me money by the month. If one of my employees talked to a customer like he has to me, I would absolutely send them to the unemployment line. Luckily for Dylan, I’m rating the other employees in North Platte that care about customer service.

This is by far the worst credit union ever. The BEST person that worked there was Shelly Stout. I should have closed my account after she left because they are horrible. The receptionist is pathetic. One of their tellers is a drunk who has a criminal record how is she still working there is beyond amazing, but then again; crack heads running meth heads.If you are outside of the place she wants to discuss your personal bank business in the street. They can't do anything about it but as a customer; I moved on to the Nebraskaland Bank. Excellent choice. They are professionals. Knowlegeable and apparently have standards that keep trashy employees out. Tried to close my remaining account balance. That didn't happen. Thank goodness for ATM cards. Bye Centris. Clean house and start over at the North Platte Branch because its sloppy. Absolutely pathetic.

Your tellers are the most unprofessional witches I have ever encountered!!! They all need fired! I will be closing my account!!! Hire someone who wants to work and don't stand around and gossip about EVERYONE who walks through your door!!!

The "loan officers" are high school kids or millennial's at best. BEGGED me to take out a loan and couldn't read a simple credit report, too slow to understand the most basic's of banking. GO TO NEBRASKALAND BANK instead, they have brains and actually use them! Wish I could leave no stars!

This bank has the slogan "Morgage Experts"... WHAT A JOKE! The morgage department is full of incompetent brokers who do not listen, make terrible recomedations that will otherwise give you more headaches then soloutions and be a complete waste of your time! AVOID THUS DUMPSTER FIRE OF A BANK AT ALL COST!!! I will never step foot in this poorly organized organization again!

I had an account with Centris in North Platte, Ne. for almost seven years. Everything was fine until I tried to close my account because I moved to Texas. Not only did Alicia not close my account like she said she did, she let payments go through, which put me in default. I get a bill from Centris stating I owe $700. This is very unprofessional. Thank you Alicia for unreliable.
