Oakland First National Bank has always been very helpful and friendly with me. Whenever I call or stop by their locations for questions or assistance, they always respond very professionally. Last year, Gloria helped me navigate the complex process of getting my first mortgage, and I couldn't be more happy with the service!

Saturday I went to the drive thru to sort out my check from work.this woman was so rude at the oakland ne branch and constantly refused to cash my check I needed money and she flat out refused.what made me very angry is a guy that works with me got there 10 min after me and she cashed his check that was exactly like mine. So kinda screwed me over and was flat out a rude person to a customer. All I can say is I'm very disappointed at being treated like that and she was very lucky that my brother asked me not to put her in her place. Customer service should be better but I will not go back to the oakland branch ever ill rather take off work and go to another branch I hope this gets sorted out
