Its interesting how one person got mad that they were you know doing their jobs and requiring information that most loan places require. They have always been super helpful for me and got me a great refund on over three years and made the whole process simple as it was my first time actually filing my taxes.

I called to recieve information and requirements and the lady was stuck and couldnt even tell me the minimum or maximum amount you can borrow because it depends on the person's situation. She said I needed a bank statement and pay stub but my situation would determine the amount I could borrow.

I came to get help doing my taxes. Customer service was not there. We got shut down with the first question and Antonio cabrera told us he could not help us do our taxes. Which is not what you do if you want someone to come back you direct them with what is needed then tell them to come back with all the paper work. I would not recommend do come here if you really do need help.

Jun09 I see people claiming they do not take applications on the phone. That is a lie. John ran a soft pull on my credit. He said I was not good enough. This contradicts the mailing I received that claim I was pre-selected for a loan. The post claiming to be from the owner contains lies. They DO send mailings. They DO take applications over the phone. They lie to people. They do not help people who need it. They sent me a mailing that looked like it had a check inside. When I opened it it stated that I was pre-selected for a loan. When I spoke to John , he told me I was not getting a loan. This is deceptive advertising. I need a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit against Lending Link.

Patricia at Lending Link is awesome to work with when doing taxes. She is always so professional, courteous, and polite. Also, when she sees you, she always has a smile on her face. Very awesome person!
