Pinnacle Bank, O'Neill, NE

If there was option for negative stars I would've chose that. The bank in oneill nebraska is a great example of why people can't get ahead. As any other bank would at the least try to help one succeed by informing them of options they have available to insure successful banking. I've worked hard to keep my credit going up yet in just 40 days banking at pinnicle its dropped over 200 points because of a miscommunication with credit card company auto pay. Pinnicles central office assured me that the non sufficient funds charges could be reversed and oneills branch could straighten it out, but instead she wouldn't even try. Every other bank I've been with in 20 years only charges nsf when they cover the negative balance. This bank does not... If you don't come from wealth and are trying to succeed in business and life choose any other bank than PINNICLE BANK ONEILL NEBRASKA!!!

I’ve come to the realization that the male loan officer that insisted I sign a note for a quarter of $1 million dollars (back in the 90s when I first married my husband) forced me into a situation that ultimately ruin my credit. My new husband at the time did not have the assets that he appeared to have and the first time I had to go along to this bank and find that out I agreed to sign a notarized letter saying I would not sign the note but I would also waive all rights to any liens and assets that the bank had on his properties. The bank refused and several years later the husband filed bankruptcy and ultimately ruined my credit for seven years.
