I am so upset with this bank. I just opened an account with them and it’s been a nightmare. I’ve waited for weeks now and still no card. So that tells me when I do receive my card and I get and it gets lost or other I will have to wait weeks again ughhh. Why can’t they process temp cards like Platte Valle Bank. Yes I do have two banks and I may have to find another bank.

Not open when thier hours are stated on door. Heard treating demands when I entered bank. Unable to check account balance. Atm machine is garbage. Christian churchouse game players . who couldn't lick my brass. I have never been on the federal witness program. I am one of the lead conductors in the bird creation show.

This has been our bank for years. Such a friendly place, the tellers are all so nice and outgoing. Amanda in customer service is especially helpful and so empathetic with all our needs. Helen and Misty are also very competent and always so helpful!
