I like most of the people there. But ever since it’s became part of a larger bank the systems are not good. The loan process is like pulling teeth. Then My wife went to close our account. Ya they wouldn’t just give her the cash in my account, or just give her a check for the cash so I can take it to the new bank! They have to mail it! So now I’m screwed! All I have is the cash in my pocket for at least 24-48 hours, and I can’t get paid from my work because they switched to direct deposit only and I can’t get an account because I’m waiting for MY money! What’s the point of even being a bank if you don’t have 3k in cash or the ability to give me some sort of check in person?
