First Interstate Bank, Wahoo, NE

Carli at the Wahoo branch is great. However, the branch manager is NOT. I have now experienced 2 scenarios where he was unaware of bank policy, causing me issues with my account. I have had an account with GWB for almost 20 years- and Trever is the reason I will now bank elsewhere.

I have banked here for over a year and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Carl is a great employee, they know my name and if I need help with my account they help without judgement or lectures. I love this bank!

When I want to check my account on line, I don’t want to go through a number of different screens to get there!

This bank is just okay at best, some of the management are snotty.
