I like to make a complaint about one of your bank tellers She was very very rude to me. She asked me if I had my ID. I told her yeah but I have it on my phone and she said in a rude voice well go get your phone because I don't know who you are There was no smile on her face she didn't smile when I first went in there

Was not too happy 6 months after getting my account and had giving every last of my information down to my first year of Life as a 36 year old man to find out that I have to wait for checks to be processed and cleared not to mention that it could take up to two business days... all to get money that I have earned and then otherwise would have cashed and got cash right away but instead have to wait for my so-called Bank that I've been entrusted in as a just to be able to use my own money

Midwest Bank personnel are always very helpful and personable. Barry Redfern (VP of MWB in York, NE & also Mayor) is one of the finest people you will ever meet. I continually tell folks that Midwest Bank is the best in the state, and most likely the best in the country.

Midwest bank is my favorite bank, the bank in York Ne is amazing at helping you when you call 110% customer service on the phone and in person. I love that even if your not there everyday they know who you are!

Thank you great Job. I have traveled the world the last 20 years and you have always been with me. Except when you miss spelled Thailand. that was and issue. but I lived trough it.

Everytime i call, or go in to the bank im always greeted so friendly by the staff, many reconize me and greet me by name. They are always willing to help in any way weather its online banking errors, or getting me emailed the information i need to get a payment or anything else started through the my bank account. Truly love the small hometown environment. ❤️

Horrible customer service left me locked out of my account for several days with no answer and quote can't be unlocked until the following Monday extremely awful bank to work with
