Charley Farley is very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. My husband and I are first time home buyers and don't know the first thing about mortgages. We called a few other "drive thru" mortgage specialists and were not impressed so the search continued. Charley got back to me right away and we set up an appointment to see him. He got us a pre approval within 2 days and he definitely made the process easy and painless. Bethany one of the loan officers made our experience amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers she made sure to explain everything very clearly and answered all my questions intill I understood fully ! She worked very well with my agent and the sellers agent to make this process happen quickly just like the seller wanted. She even answered emails and phone calls on the weekend ! We used Charley a few years ago for the purchase of our home. Every time I receive a marketing add from him I cringe (which is far to often). The process was very selfish, stressful and unorganized. I would run far from Charley. At one point he said "The amount of time it's taken to close this deal, we could have closed 3 others." Only personal benefit.
