This is our second major home purchase using Matt Vance/ Precision Lending. We absolutely could not be happier with the entire team with Precision lending. Especially Amber who so kindly and patiently took all of my calls, and answered all of my questions, for the better part of the year! Meghan has also been amazing to work with! She really helps walk me through the entire loan process, which can be a bit overwhelming. Aside from our home purchases, Matt's team has been amazing with watching the current rates and contacting us personally when they felt it would be in our best interest if we wanted to refinance our current mortgage which we did and saved us quite a bit of money in the process. I have used Matt and his team on two separate occasions, so far. He did our original mortgage and later on a refinance. Both experiences were great. He is extremely thorough, professional, and responsive to questions and concerns. If not for his amazing attention to detail and preparedness we would not have gotten our house. The realtor explained to us this happened because our paperwork and presentation for the loan was so clean and immaculate that he felt more comfortable accepting it even if it meant less money.
