Contacting OneMain Financial was an unforgettable experience. The manager I spoke with once i got approved for my loan was extremely professional, very nice and had an excellent attitude. I would definitely recommend OneMain Financial to anyone needing to borrow money!!

Got approved for 2 different refinancing loans and then played a huge game of phone tag between them and the Rochester branch. I call one and they tell me to call the other. All of a sudden the Rochester branch tells me I was denied. So I call Belmont and they told me I wasn't. I can't play these games while my family is waiting on a solid answer so we can replace our broke down vehicle. Still haven't received a solid answer. Called multiple times and was assured by an agent that I would get a call back after they finished another loan. Its been over 48 hours...

They put down the wrong info during application, made me go nearly through the whole process, only to tell me that they couldn't approve the loan with corrected info. Massive waste of time and effort and unprofessional staff.

We had done business with them for years but for the last two years the attitude of the people running the company is awful, in fact we decided after this account is paid off we will never ever do business with them again and we have paid off two other prior accounts. They are rude.
