I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Patrick while opening up a new bank account at Northeast Credit Union. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If I was still in business, I would hire her on the spot. She really likes her job and it shows.

Ann Coulombe is extremely helpful. She has helped me for years. She is very patient, kind and hard working. She is also very smart. You need more employees like Ann.

A few months back I brought my sons inside with me to do some banking. They saw a "treasure chest" and Jess told the boys about opening up a savings account and getting prizes when they make transactions. My oldest son remembered this and asked to open an account today. Wendy and Jess were great with him and he is so excited about being able to spin a wheel for free money during his birthday month. Thank you for offering a kid account that grows and changes as the child matures. Thank you Jess for engaging with my boys and talking to them about banking.

Every time I go in to do my banking Wendy and Ann do a great job above and beyond their job i'd like to shout out to both of them that I appreciate everything they do for me great job Ladies!!! They always make sure I have everything that I need before I leave the bank!!!!

Recently I had to go into the bank to speak with Michelle for assistance as my accounts had been compromised as well as my mom’s who is 80 years old. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, kind caring and very helpful. Both mom and I appreciate all she did to assist us. We are very fortunate in Berlin to have such a great bank with caring staff.

All of the staff and Wendy especially are always so kind and efficient. They really have a great work ethic. Wendy cares about all the customers I've seen her work with, and is very patient, which is always nice. Overall very much recommend.
