My entire experience with Northeast Credit Union has completely changed once Greta stepped in and started helping me. I was getting extremely frustrated with my online banking and Greta reached out to me and did everything in her power to help me. She is just wonderful. I have since reached out to her for other banking needs and she has always got back to me very quickly and again.. did everything she could for me. She is nothing but pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable about everything I have reached out to her for. She keeps me updated on the status of my needs and is very timely with responses. She has overall made me feel much better about banking here and I highly recommend her to anyone!

Worst bank ever. I have my vehicle loan through here (worst mistake ever). TD Bank is my primary bank. You cant even speak to someone at a local branch. If you find the hidden number on other websites for the local banks they cant help you at all. I work at a hospital and there hours are HORRIBLE for anyone who works a full time. So they refer you to call the contact center but you dont get told that you will wait anywhere from 10-45 min all to be hungup on…. What a joke. I called 3 branches for help because I have spent all day calling the “contact center” but can not contact anyone. Very disappointed in how they treat customers.

Worst experience I've ever had! 3 months later and we don't have the documents to register the vehicle we financed through them! Terrible customer service! I've left 4 emails with no response. You call and no one knows what they're doing and they can't seem to get us to the right person to be able to help! Stay far, far away from this place!

This location is always busy but the folks behind the desk always work diligently and quickly to get your needs met! Appreciative of their patience as they see customers back to back for what seems like all day!

All my banking, mortgage, and personal / home equity loans are at NECU, and they are fantastic! Concord Assistant Branch Manager Fred Johnson helped me through the HELOC process and closing was a breeze. I've banked with large mega-banks, small banks, other credit unions and by far NECU is the best!

What a great credit union, used another one to do my last car loan.( Mistake) Costumer service there wasn't so great,customer service at Northeast is top notch. They made my loan process easy and hassle free,even though I was in and out of the hospital during the process.I worked with Ariana for my loan and I am nothing but happy with the customer service I received. Got the ride I wanted to buy since 2020. Thanks again everyone at Northeast keep up the great work.

Waste of time. Allison was very nice to deal with, but it took way too long to go through the process of applying, only to find out the underwriters didn't approve and wouldn't answer a question that ALLISON had (not us). So we went to Ledyard Bank (known to be conservative) and had a very easy time. And in anticipating a response, plenty of income, plenty of equity, excellent credit......don't waste your time with this outfit!
