Service Credit Union, Concord, NH

Second time having an issue with this branch.. this time there was no line and 3 people working but my girlfriend was told that there is a 30 minute wait to be seen.She was told the reason is because only one person there was able to open accounts... maybe train your employees. Most people don't have 30 minutes to be seen and then however long it takes to actually open the account.

I loved them until 3 weeks ago. My direct deposit came in every week same day and time until 3 weeks ago, now it comes the next day with no notice so now I have late payments and insufficient funds fees. They blamed my employer, my employer blamed them. But no one has fixed the problem and I am at a total loss.....

Always have a great experience here. Staff is always fast and friendly. I'm only in there once every couple of weeks, but Madison goes out of his way to greet me by name every time. Keep up the good work guys.

We are changing credit unions! They have messed up our account to pay our mortgage so many times it's ridiculous! This last time they put the money in the wrong account, so when the automatic payment went through, it was declined and returned, because they put the money in the wrong account, and now they want to charge us a returned check fee! We're done this time!

Low interest car loans, awesome friendly service. I'm very happy with them.

I am not a member of this bank but use them for transactions with a "partner" bank (at the counter not atm). I have always had great interactions with friendly staff. Yes, often the lines are long, but expected at a smaller branch.

This place is in Walmart no way it’s that packed I couldn’t even get a hold of a representative I was on hold for one hour lol

Absolute worst SCU branch I have ever been to. Waited in line for 30 minutes and this is not the first time. Have always had great luck with SCU but this Concord branch in Walmart is so mismanaged.
