the employees at this branch are very self-entitled and will not help your if it is too much of a bother for them. They will Tell you " it can not not be done" after speaking with the bank on the phone sending me there. TO which the orginal issue was this branch's fault. Afterwords refuse to give me at least take cash out of my account because " i don't want too" the worst banking i have ever had to deal with.

Closed my accounts (checking and savings) about a month ago. Come to find out, your account isn’t officially closed. Citizens will keep your account open, allow automatic payments to go through and direct deposits to go in!!! So when you close your account at Citizens, beware it’s not officially closed. You must know more than the staff and tell them to deactivate your debit card or else automatic payments go through. Never ever have I run into this with any other bank! I regret the day I opened an account with them!!! Go else where!!!

Outstanding customer service, exceeded my expectations. The staff is always serving with smiles. I feel that they truly appreciate our business. A special shout out to Erin Porter. Her service exceeds all of our expectations. We have been customers for over 20 years. Keep up the great service!

Online banking never works (on both the app and the website). Maybe 7 out of 10 times you will get an "account inaccessible" message when you try to log in to view your account. For someone who uses online banking primarily, Citizens is very unreliable.

Erin took wonderful care of us and was very patient answering my sons questions when opening his first account. Great customer service and even a follow up call from Justin to see if we were happy with the new account.

My family has banked with Citizen's for years. The driveup teller service is fast and accurate. The staff is continuously friendly. It is easy to get an appointment here, unlike other area banks. We just secured a deferred student loan, and they made it simple and quick. They have sufficient staff to handle the number of customers. I would highly recommend Citizens Bank!

This branch is the worst. They will smile while telling you to f-off. I did business in Ossipee, and those gals were cool as it gets. They were the reason I opened an account in the first place . To bad that branch closed.. I’m definitely considering closing my accounts now. The aggravation factor just isn’t worth it.
