Very great banking experience here always receive friendly customer service & any problem I’ve had it’s always been taken care of quickly, they as a company/branch are also offering financial help to their members for the rising heating costs which was immensely helpful given this time of year, The rep I worked with was Jamie Solomon & she was incredibly helpful getting the impact loan funded & approved very quickly for which I am very thankful! I was very frustrated speaking with the 800 number with an online banking issue I couldn’t understand her & she was absolutely no help! We went to the branch here in North Conway & Jamie not only helped us but I was still having an issue & I called her directly & she helped me out and the problem was solved. She was so patient & understanding! Great customer service!
