Inconsistent debit limits, you cant travel more than 3 miles without it being compromised, and any issues with the card or account have to be resolved over the phones, which never have people on them or dont know what youre talking about. Any other bank is better.

They’d be an awesome bank if they ever answered the phones and called you back. Very unhappy with today’s inconvenience. I called 4 different banks in my area and not one of the four could pick up the phone and assist. Me.

I've been with this bank for several years now and by far, they are the best bank I've been with. They are kind and will try to help you with what ever you need.

Don't honor there own contact's. False and misleading statement's. Collusion and will do anything to cover it up

Fees, fees, lies and more fees.. imaginary deposit times that vary week to week depending on whom serviced your account. .. are you poor?! well lets keep you that way. America in the 21st century. Gross
