My husband and I used Blue Water Mortgage when we recently bought our first home! We were moving across the country to a new state, so we were feeling out of our comfort zone. We worked with Danielle French throughout the process and we cannot recommend her and her colleagues enough! As first-time home-owners, we were fish out of water, but Danielle made the process extremely seamless! She was available by phone to discuss with us whenever we had (many) questions, and she promptly responded to emails. She also was very good about making sure we knew deadlines and provided us with extremely helpful action item lists that helped us immensely keep on track of everything. She was so good with us, when our parents decided to buy an investment property nearby, we had them reach out to her to use Blue Water Mortgage for their purchase! We cannot recommend Danielle and Blue Water Mortgage enough! If you are buying a house, you should reach out to Danielle, she made the process completely stress-free for us!
