There were days that we really needed their true sound advice, and guidance they were always there for us helping us throughout the process. There response time was quick either by email, text, or but phone we never felt like we were in this alone. Legacy is a local company, we bought in Newport VT and our amazing realtor along with our real estate attorney were amazed by how responsive and professional Legacy was. They both said they enjoyed working with them and will be recommending them to other folks. Being that it was our first time buying a house we didn't realize how rare that was. So if you are buying house I would highly recommend Legacy out of Hanover NH. Jake and Mike are both trustworthy and professional they made this scary process so much better for us. Where to begin? Jake, Rob, and Tim at Legacy Mortgage were THE best. They worked tirelessly to help us find our perfect home. When we first started looking into homes we felt defeated as other lenders were giving us a tough time with a loan. Legacy made us feel at ease and worked with us at every step of the way. From putting in offers over the weekend or responding to a question Jake, Rob and Tim were quick, clear and on top of whatever we needed.
