These folks deserve more than 5 STARS! I reached out to Bill Vierzen at Title Mortgage Solutions in Hanover, NH after working with a local bank that couldn’t give me any answers and didn’t seem to have time for me after using them for 13 years. When I reached out to Bill at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday evening, he immediately called me back an hour later with an approval as well as a closing date less than 30 days to the date of me speaking with him. Between Bill and Jennifer my closing was smooth and very easy. They answered my questions in a very timely manner and promptly emailed back every time I sent an email. Best company ever!

After having a bad experience with Chase bank, Bill's team at Title Mortgage was recommended to me by my realtor. Bill and his amazing team were able to approve me in 5 days when I was working with a really tight timeline, and handled everything perfectly for me to make my closing date on time. They were able to do in 5 days what took Chase 4+ weeks, with much more support and much less paperwork. The team was incredibly responsive at all hours of the day. I would highly recommend them!

Rich is AMAZING!!! When I had first spoken to other loan specialists, they said “get another credit card and let’s check back again in 9-12month” or some other remedy that would take a lot of time. I didn’t have time. I had to move quickly. I was referred to Title Mortgage from a friend. Rich told me to do two simple things and within 2 weeks he got me a pre-approval! He’s AMAZING and was super responsive the entire step of the way.
