OneMain Financial, Hooksett, NH

Very worst service I ever had got from any financial institutions. They took few weeks to disapproved my loan process, fico score above 795 and monthly income $6k with no car loan , loan I did apply was only 6k. The guy with whom I had to work was amazing , I had to call him 3 times just to know my loan was disapproved. Can you believe it ???? So who would be qualify from your institution if you disapproved with these factors???? I would never gonna apply nor did would recommend to anyone to go one financial for any loan, or I don’t know if you look for color for the loan, if you do then you gotta tell that

I think the staff at the Nh office is very courteous and have had good experience in the past, but this last time not so much!! I was called by the manager and asked if I wanted to take out another loan (still had some due on the one I had). Said yes and go ahead and pull my credit. Unbeknown to me cap 1 had put a late charge on my credit.Everything else was good. Well I got refused by One main. I cleared up the cap 1 problem.I was told my debt to ratio was to high. Well FOR years I have been an excellent customer. Never a late payment,paying ahead and paying off early!! Also other then cap 1 NOT late on anything!! For those reasons alone you would think I would be considered a yes to get a new loan with them Very very disappointed!!! Also I had seemed to get the "run around" between 2 of the associates!! different answers as to why. Not happy at all!!

In trying to repair my credit, Credit Karma and Credit Sesame suggested One Main Financial as the next step to obtaining credit. I put in a pre-qualification and was approved. A reprsentative, Kyle called me to go over information and during the conversation I shared that I am a home provider which is my main income. I was assured this would not be an issue as they had customers that where. A few hours later I received another call from Kyle and he shared all that was left to do was to bring in proof of income and all would be set. After being in the office for close to two hours, my application was rejected for lack of income due to they were not accepting my provider income. I shared that I was upfront with this instituition that my main income was being a provider. Kyle shared he was going to hold onto my information and talk to the upper management to figure out why this had happened. It has been two weeks as of today and not one word back. My next letter will be to Credit Karma and Credit Sesame to share the frustration of dealing with this company. That maybe taking them off of recommendations on their site might be a smart choice. People who are rebuilding their credit do not need to be discouraged on a road that is all ready challenging

The process was fast, the interest rate is outta this world...35% but my credit sucks from a divorce. So I guess I'm glad I got the loan. It's only been 2 weeks. So far so good.

Ben at the office in Hooksett NH helped me tremendously. He was very patient when I had to try numerous times to download my information for a loan. Thank-you Ben!
