Hit traffic and showed up a few minutes after close, gate was locked.. she saw me distressed and actually processed my deposit right through the gate! if that's not customer service Idk what is. what more can I say, id give 10 stars of possible! thanks marissa!

The folks at this Hudson Branch are just wonderful! They always have time to answer my questions. I opened my account last December. My sister raved about them, so I went down and within minutes I had a new account, starter checks, and when I elected to switch the auto deposit of my disability check to Service Credit Union, I received a $100 bonus - and my sis did too! They asked for a chance to give me a better interest rate on my existing personal loan and auto loan. My personal loan was at 18% and they offered 11%, so I increased the loan amount, keeping the same monthly payment, but took home the difference - about $700! I was already getting a great rate 1.99% on my auto loan, and since they couldn't beat it, they gave me another $100 gift! In addition, my disability check funds were always available at my bank the 2nd Wed of each month. Now, the funds are available the Saturday morning before, which reminds me - it's time to get down there to get my money! Did I mention. they're open about any time you want - even Sundays! So nice. I forgot my wallet once and they were able to do my transaction without it, because they've got my signature and ID photo on file. They're inside the Hudson Walmart. Go check them out. You will be so happily surprised!!!

Great place. Best CD rates around. I've been with SCU since 1982 and still very happy. When I moved I opened new accounts with closer credit union whom I'll leave nameless and was very disappointed, went back to SCU and now happy again.

It's too bad they've started charging fees for ATM usage and less than $1,000 balance. I will no longer recommend them.

Good quality and helpful service

First time visiting the Hudson, NH branch and it was a breeze. The teller I interacted with, Cass, was very friendly and helpful. Another superb SCU branch!
