NBT Bank, Keene, NH

What a great bank! This is the best business banking experience that I have had in Keene, NH. The branch manager Tom Zia is excellent as are the staff. The atmosphere is friendly and personable. NBT also seems to be very well managed at the corporate level. Mr. Zia has access to top personnel at the corporate HQ on short notice as needs arise. He is allowed a high degree of latitude and is able to use his judgement to run the business. All of this contributes to a great customer experience. Highly recommended.

Jackie and Annie are ALWAYS amazing. Whenever I have a problem, which I just had one (that’s what made me think to write a review) they ALWAYS are there. Even if they didn’t make it, they always make sure we’re okay and that we get taken care of accordingly. I don’t know any other bankers there but these two know what they’re doing!
