Service Credit Union, Keene, NH

Been a member since a kid, always worked out and were helpful when I applied for my first debit card, and money certficate. Only problem is that they are somewhat picky when giving out credit cards or loans

I recently got car financing through this credit union at the dealership. I have been trying to reach them ever since, 10 days ago. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a person at this bank! I supposedly have a loan with them but have received no communication from them directly. I'm grateful for the financing, but already unhappy with the customer service.

I got hacked twice and the second time I was never notified about my card being shut off

I have been a member for over 13 yrs. I love the credit union. My only 2 complaints is the location in Keene, it is suicide pulling out onto winchester street its impossible to make a left hand turn so you have to turn right, go down the road pull into a business on the left side of the street to change direction, and the lack of service credit union ATM locations. I wish they had a couple satellite spaces like they have in walmart in Concord and other NH towns.

I have had an account at Service Credit Union for over 20 years. Best bank I have ever dealt with. I have always had any issues dealt with promptly and courteously. Have moved to several different states and it has filled my needs no matter where. Would highly recommend SCU.

Hi my name is Traci any one on SSI ssdi and going thru hard times with no credit u can't borrow money thru this back when people go thru hard times but other banks in Keene NH will let u borrow to help u get thru hard times so if u need that help don't go thru this bank only thus back will denie u if u don't have credit

I have been using this location for years and I always have had amazing service. Recently Emily a Member Service Representative went above and beyond in assisting me and I am very grateful to her.
