Terrible customer service. Tried to deposit cash in my account and was asked if I was homeless. Tried to deposit cash in my account a second time and they had to call someone. Never allowed to put cash in my account in person or do any type of banking in this business. As a disabled veteran I thought this would be a good match. It is not. If you have long hair or a beard do not use.

I didn't deal with this branch exactly, I spoke with someone over the phone in customer service. I was calling to obtain information about a loan for one of our members (I work at a Credit Union as well) as we were made aware that the check amount we sent didn't satisfy the full loan. We mailed an authorization for payoff and assignment of title that was signed by the member which gives us permission to speak about the loan once they receive it. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. I was giving her a loan number RIGHT FROM a piece of correspondence they mailed the member, and she was telling me that nothing was coming up and that she would need the correct account number to help me. Again, DIRECTLY from a piece of correspondence. I offered the members social, date of birth, name, and SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP ME after I was just on hold for 30 minutes. I offered to conference the member in, and she told me "I am only able to wait 1 minute and then I will have to make myself available for other members.,"... I was completely in shock. Never in my 5 years of working here have I ever spoken with someone who was that unwilling to help. I really wish I could remember her name. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND

Excellent SERVICE and very welcoming&professional.Moved here from MI 2015&asked around who is the best for banking.Service credit union named most often.I have alot of health issues & they very extremely helpful.I love the app to do deposits at home & banking on line also.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO USE SERVICE CREDIT UNION
