Northeast Credit Union, Lebanon, NH

My husband and I went came here to start a new savings account as we were not treated right by our previous bank. So we worked with Marie and she was absolutely wonderful! She was kind and patient with us while we worked through the process of opening up a new savings account. I would highly recommend working with her and this bank!

I have always had very good experiences with all the people I interact with at the Lebanon branch. Most recently I applied for an increased credit line on my NECU credit card and had the pleasure of dealing with Marie LeDoux-Howe. She was absolutely amazing! Not only did she help me with my increase, but when she pulled my credit report, she notices that they were other services that she could offer to make my life easier. I went with her suggestions and know that I am in a better place with my finances now. She got all of the paperwork done very efficiently and timely and I hardly had to do a thing!! She was amazing and I will look forward to reaching out to her in the future if the need arises. Thank you so much for everything!! I will also mention one other person that has always gone above and beyond and that is Montana.

I contacted Northeast Credit Union on the recommendation of a neighbor when it came time to purchase a leased vehicle. I completed the application online, and Marie emailed back to me the same day with a few questions. The loan was approved within a day. We closed a couple of days ago, and I have to say it was great to work with them. Marie is the best!

AWFUL, AWFUL customer service. Have been trying to pay off my car loan and in TWO days have never been able to talk to a local rep. Got a call center guy, Donald, who is from India and did not know how to give me the info I need. I know where to NOT GO to get my new car loan. Well, in response to NECU ( Stephanie) I tried to get on the site and received error messages. Never have had an online account with NECU and could not create one tonight. The phone in the Leb office rang busy for 3-4 hours today. ALL I want to do is pay off my car loan -- get my title and NEVER, NEVER use NECU again. Hopefully a visit to the branch will produce results.

I recently got a loan for a new side by side ATV, it went incredibly smooth and did not take any time at all. Marie Ledoux-Howe, Assistant Branch Manager in Lebanon was incredible to deal with and very professional.

I have banked with NECU for 20+ years. And I can not in good conscience suggest anyone else does the same. They seem to have forgotten that it's their customers money not theirs. They have also have taken to the scummy practices you would find at a jp chase Morgan style bank. For instance, no less than 6 times this year I have been hit with an overdraft fee with my paycheck pending. Meaning they already have the money but refuse to clear it until they steal the overdraft fee. It always plays out the same. They hit me with an overdraft just to clear my check no more than 30 minutes later. They will loose my business soon enough.

The folks who work at this branch of NECU are professional, friendly, and most of all very helpful. I have visited the office on multiple occasions with different requests in the last 18 months since becoming a NECU customer, and each time my needs have been accomodated or my problem has been resolved. Customer service matters and the folks here do it well. Thank you!

Absolutely pleased!!! Applying and signing papers 24 hours not counting weekend.....Nathan, Thomas and Maizey (sp?) were so pleasant and helpful!!!!!!!!
