On May 23, 2022, I went to the Meredith Citizens Bank to find out why I could not transfer money online from my HELOC into my checking account. There was a glitch with my HELOC not showing up online. I needed to transfer money to pay my roofing contractor. My point of contact person for my HELOC was not at the bank that day. I panicked not knowing what to do at this time. Two employees at the bank went above and beyond and took the time to help me. Because there was a glitch with my online HELOC account they had to take different steps to access my account so that I could pay my Contractor. I really appreciate what they did for me. Thank you Betty Zaremba and Patricia Collins !! Sandra Merkwan
