Bank of New Hampshire, Moultonborough, NH

Opened a new business account at the Moultonborough branch of the Bank of New Hampshire. Michelle Blake was absolutely wonderful. All of the ladies at the bank are very friendly and welcoming. Recommend the Bank of New Hampshire to everyone for personal and Business banking.

This has been an excellent experience so far getting a mortgage. We also have had an excellent banking experience there. Years ago we opted to use only credit unions, mainly because we had used some of the big national banks and weren't happy, but since working with Bank of New hampshire, I definitely feel they are better equipped to offer great service to local businesses and residents compared with other Banks.

So far it has taken me 9 hrs just to get help to get into my own acct. One hr on phone this am just to tell me later they never leave people on phone for 1 hr, as they are busy with other customers. Lie....left mess with tony who opened my acct. He never called back. Now they are closed for holiday party and i cant use my phone to transfer money!!!! Not good people......

I don't get nickeled and dimed like MVSB is known for. Once deposit is made. If check clears before deposit clears they cover it. Not MVSB!!

In the last 2 years this went from an excellent experience to a not so good one recently which was rectified with one of my accounts. I brought this down to 1 star but I'm bringing it back to 4.
