Lance at One Main financial was extremely helpful. He answered every question I have before I could even ask. He did not make any choices for me but listed every option I have which was very helpful during the process. I highly recommend One Main financial for any loan purposes. Lance was great!

I walked in expecting to go through my credit and financial history with a financial representative so they could find the one detail they could use against me to either reduce my offered loan amount or deny me altogether. Instead, because they had already reviewed my credit and financial history prior to my arrival they increased my offered loan amount and made the whole experience very pleasant. They treated me like an adult and didn't attempt to lecture me or educate me on how to manage my finances. They really exceeded my expectations. I walked out of their office still in disbelief asking myself again and again, "did that really happen?"

This office is wonderful - I first initiated a loan here years ago and am still able to speak to the same gentleman who has always been helpful. He remembers me if I call and is very personable which means a lot. I have had nothing but positive experiences in working with this company both when they were Springleaf and after they converted to One Main Financial last year. Customer service is amazing and the speed that they process paperwork is stunning, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to consolidate high interest rate credit cards, simplify payments or looking to establish credit. They make everything very easy.

It was so easy to receive the loan I needed and given multiple choices of loans. I tried other loan companies and got no where. I should have came to One Main Financial first, instead of wasting all my time. I am a repeat customer and will never go anywhere for a loan but One Main Financial.

The people there are rude and not helpful at all . There online app says it set up online payments then did so it ends up ur payment being late then they earse all your banking info on there app so you can't make a payment. Will never go back with them once this loan is paid off
