I have been trying to call and speak with someone on three different numbers and no response. You told me to put a down payment and now no one knows where it is and saying it’s not a down payment

Usually I don’t write a reviews. But, these guys are awesome, Specially Alex. I was in need of 10k to fuel for marketing in my new venture. Alex went above and beyond to help and approved in 48 hours. He, also guide me through documents process. It was so easy I never thought of that. I got the $$$ in my account in one week and also Alex called me many times periodically throughout the loan term asking if everything is going ok or need of another finance.. That was fantastic... normally finance company don’t care once they loan you $$ but Harbour Capital is different than all I have used in past for my other businesses. Ready to help out and will do anything to get their deposit and if deal doesn't go through then they give all kinds of excuses about credit department not being available and will stop answering phone calls or emails. They will work hard work you to get a loan approved but work even harder to keep deposit if deal doesn't go through. Left a Sour Taste in my mouth. Alex Lake and Ben Taylor work hard but the company policy's sucks

DEALERS BEWARE! They will use you for your deals/customers. Make money from your deals/customers. Agree, in writing, to compensate your dealership with a "referral fee". But, keep all the money for themselves with no explanation. And, good luck contacting them! The Vice President, Scott Ramsey, doesn't even have the decency to acknowledge their wrongdoing.
