Awesome Loan Consultant/ Mortgage Broker. Brad was recommended by a coworker so I reached out to him. I was worried that the rates might not be good or there would be hidden fees such as high loan origination fee or points to make the quoted rate look lower. However, Brad and his team at Loan Depot were very open and very straight forward. He was honest about the available loan options and any fees that might be associated with them. Also, the rates he offered were some of the lowest, if not the lowest out of the places I researched. For instance Navy Federal Credit Union showed lower rates on their website, but when I called, there were origination fees, plus points that needed to be paid upfront to get the advertised rate. Brad also has a reassuring nature that makes him comfortable to work with and has great recommendations. I needed a title company, a home insurance company and a CPA for taxes (in the future). All turned out great. Brad and his team also worked quickly and effectively to process the loan. I did not have to call or message anyone to push paperwork through. Even the price lock was seamless and extended for free. Even better, he offered to refinance for free in the future if/when the rates drop.
