Justin Perry is the best. He really knows his stuff. He is very familiar with all the products out there, whether you are first time buyer, own multiple properties, qualify for a VA loan, etc. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have used him exclusively every time I need a mortgage or refinance. He has even helped a friend that I referred to him close on their house while they were living overseas for a year. Unbelievable!

I refined through loanDepot in the summer of 2020 and have nothing negative to report. The end to end process took a bit longer than a ususal refi process but with so many people taking advantage of low rates at the time, it was to be expected. Still, Judy took such good care of me.
