Paid off loan was given different information from multiple representatives worked with Title supervisor and still no solution for receiving my loan release all I was told was they need to work with there staff to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Very dissatisfied with the bank and they make it very hard to pay your loan payments as well as the payoff.
