This company was easy to work with. Scott was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything clearly so I could understand everything. I got my loan quickly.

OneMain is great if you are in need of quick cash. However, they cripple you with their loan rates. Again, great customer service and prompt assistance getting you approved just not too happy with the loan rate. Their rates make you feel trapped in an endless commitment. Thanks!

This is WORST place you could EVER go. Money was pulled from my account when I advised to turn it off 2 weeks in advance. When I contacted them to rectify, I was told that I would not be getting the fee my bank charged me back. I was hung up on. Obviously if you are getting a loan here, you NEED money. You should wipe Vaseline on your butt and bend over because they'll screw you anyway. The guy working there is awful and is ridiculously rude and has the worst customer service I have experienced yet.

This little pompous guy kept talking down to me telling that he wishes he could approve me, but there is nothing he can do. I ended up getting approved by chase for 20K and a much lower rate. Don't waste your time here, loan sharks.

Terrible experience with this company. I was told I was approved for a loan and everything was all set. Then their computer system kept failing for a week. I kept having to call them to follow up in regards to finalizing my account. She rushed me through a bunch of questions had no idea what they were for the next day. Still, no phone call call them again. Said I wasn’t approved anymore. There was no communication sent regards to my account going through approval stages therefore denied me over three questions that had nothing to do with me then trying to communicate with people behind the scenes. The supervisor never called me back don’t lead people on, and then tell them that they are denied, I understand that loans can be denied but that’s not what I was told and then a supervisor never called me back in regards to the miscommunication and the fact that their systems were down so I wasn’t able to finish my loan. I do not recommend this company to anybody. I will be going to my bank I referred to this company big mistake but now since my credit has been punched, I have to wait to get the score back up which I will be doing to go through a different company to get the loan I was looking for . It was a complete waste of time.

Would not tell me the exact loan amount as far as interest on the loan, and pushed to file my paperwork rapidly before they would tell me the loan interest amount. After asking 3 times the gentleman stated it's daily compounded interest and the faster you pay off the loan the cheaper it will be once I heard that I grabbed my paperwork and walked out! Definitely not a good company to take a loan from you'll be in debt for a long time and pay 100% interest if not more. Customers beware
