Better Title Loans by Auto Equity Loans, Salem, NH

I don't write reviews at all but after reading some of the comments on here that were negative I had to..... For 1 Auto equity loans is absolutely the best place to get a title loan I would highly recommend them with no questions!!! Brianna is the one that did my loan and she was awesome professional friendly on everything and the paperwork was no time to fill out very self-explanatory! interest rate was awesome monthly payments were awesome also they worked with me if I couldn't pay on that day I can't say enough!! Professional service that they provide this is a great place to get a title loan if you need cash quick and in my case I needed it quick again thank you Auto equity loans for the great experience and professional staff I will use you again and the future if need be...

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic, and people have lost their jobs and are struggle on unemployed to put a roof over their family’s head and food on the table and all that Auto Equity Loans cares about is collecting their money and telling you it is the law and they cannot work with you on a payment plan they just keep apply late fees and harass you hourly on phone calls/texts/emails; when are you going to make your payment or tell you car is going to be repossessed. You speak with them and informed them when the payment would be made, but they still call to harass you. Next time I do a title loan it will differtly not be with them, especially since they are showing their true colors during a pandemic, and they don’t care about their customers.

I have been with Auto Equity loans for a few months now and must say it has been a very positive experience there are no hidden fees and the payments are very easy and affordable plus they contact you every month by phone and email before the payment is due so you never miss it and if you need more time they will work with you . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a loan.

They said that my car was too old so they couldn’t loan me a dime!!! The title loan in Hudson on chase st did it. I could get up to $500. So I guess owning my car isn’t enough for them to allow me to borrow any money at all. I think they are judge mental and I was made to feel like a failure because my car isn’t a new $50,000 car I don’t recommend them to anyone new or old car. They do not deserve your business
