GREAT place to do banking! I have become dissatisfied with major national banking.....friend mentioned Service Credit Union. I visited this small location mid morning on a weekday and business was brisk. However, the two tellers were pleasant and efficiently meeting clients requests. The line moved quickly. I was quite pleased. Is it possible in person banking needn't be a grinding chore? I opened a new member account literally within minutes. Surprise! Surprise! In person banking needn't be a time consuming groaning chore! Jessica, Branch Manager, is on top of things and does a great job!..I never felt rushed with my queries. She guided me thru some banking technicalities and I am able to execute a financial plan to my satisfaction. Farewell major national banks! Service Credit Union is the way I choose to bank. I prefer being a share member as opposed to a faceless customer.

Not the bank itself, but finding the office phone number to ask questions is the worst. Can not find it anywhere

I have actually banked with several banks in this area and the service credit union is the best by far, everything about them as a bank in general is just how banking should be ! the Wal mart. Seabrooke location is my favorite branch!

Typically a great branch. Not sure who the male manager on, at this very moment is, but he let the line flood out into the walmart while the two girls up front were swamped. He should have been opening the complex accounts they were working on and let the people making payments or deposits fly through. It was unnecessary and he never got up to even see if they needed help even when they were looking back at him and trying to get his attention. Not fair to the girls or the customers. Never had this experience before, and I hope it never happens again. I wasn't even able to complain because he just was laughing on the phone and shut himself off from everyone despite being in the open 5ft away. So rude.

Acct put on hold Nov 2022, suspicious activity. Stayed on hold till Jan 2023 when I was given a new acct. SCU then took 5K outta that new savings acct and is taking my direct deposits to pay for the 5K. I have no idea whats going on and, neither do they. I know I have no heat or groceries and, nothing in my checking acct. All my accts will be closed and I do not recommend them.
