Went in to cash a check, and they said it would take just as much time to open an account, so I obliged. After 20 minutes of getting no where they told me they couldn’t cash it because I didn’t have an article of mail with my address on it. They can’t bypass this? What if I’m homeless? This is why people go to small banks, and I got the big bank treatment. Would not recommend.

I am very thankful for all Mary Chambers help at the SCU in-store Walmart Somersworth, NH location. She helped my husband and I out so much! She was full of information and had answers to all of our questions and concerns! I am grateful she was there to help and give us her service! I don't think she realizes how much she helped us, Thank you Mary! :)

Friendly and helpful

Went into this branch today to withdraw, deposit a check, and get a copy of some checks I had written in the past year for my own records. Everyone in this branch was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the manager on duty helping me get a copy of my checks after I was told it could not be done by another branch. Thanks for the help and care for your job. Thess are the sort of employees that should be well compensated as they will add great value to the business.
