I think I'm about change banks (credit unions). Never called a business and the recording tells you "call back later, this call will disconnect" and this is only after waiting on hold for 2mins... I don't even get the option to hold... bad business for a bank holding ppls money dont you think..

This is the worst bank ever. They take so long to do simple things. They make you wait in line to see a bank teller, just to tell them you would like to see the advisor in the front, in which there is only one every single time.. it seems to take 20-30 per customer.. this is an unexceptable return rate.

This has to be one of the worse banks I’ve banked with. I can’t count how many times the ATM at this location doesn’t work. I can’t even remember if the drive thru works or not at this location. I travel a lot and they’re always putting blocks on my card. Sometimes it takes deposits longer then they should to appear. Whenever you need a replacement card they can’t do it on site, it’s always gonna take at least a week to get it through the mail, such an inconvenience. There is no customer service on the weekends or past business hours. Smh. If you bank with ABCO I highly suggest you strictly use this account for their perks and have another bank account.

Come in to open an account, was told i needed a paper from an old closed bank account. I go get a receipt from that account, come back not 20 minutes later.. I’m told I can’t open an account because they don’t open accounts after 4... as someone had just started to open one right next to me. It was 4:30 && they were opening bank accounts for multiple people after 4 because I saw multiple people with the form at the Windows when i first left.

Great experience, they helped me set up a new Business Account. I was able to get rid of PNC Bank with there high fees.

My debit card was restricted for NO REASON, never got an email or phone call about the restriction. I go to pay my bills on Saturday and notice my card declining. The bank is closed , I call the operator she tells me my card has be restricted and I have to go to a local branch. It’s SATURDAY, the branch is closed and now I have to wait until Tuesday because of the holiday. Most definitely changing who I bank with.
