I would recommend another branch as a huge error from this branch caused my credit score to suffer for a short period. when i told the teller that I would be using a different bank for a new car loan she got very snippy with me. my credit score is where it should be but I wouldn’t take any chances.

I never write reviews but i had to for this one. I went into this branch and the person who healped me the first time (who will remain nameless) was not helpful at all. She didnt explain this in detail nor did she even explain other alternatives. I had a gut feeling not to deal with her, but failed to listen. The next day i called to speak with Gloria (who i should have went to in the first place) and Gloria literally went above and beyond for me and my needs. I would recommend Gloria every single time. My entire family banks with visions and i even reached out to them telling them not to deal with the other female i dealt with and to only deal with Gloria or Sandy.
