For $13.50, this firm provides an excellent, incredibly cheap service. I do not expect them to give me a 500-word analysis about why they did or did not certify a particular item (would you do that for $13.50?) The owner has a reputation for being the most honest person in the collectibles industry, which is why he is trusted by the wealthy to buy and sell multi-million dollar items, as documented by the media. From what industry insiders have told me, the owner loses money on this company and runs it strictly to help consumers make better decisions. Having sent in thousands of items myself and through other submitters, I have nothing but praise for this firms' integrity and accuracy. Anyone who bad mouths CAC does not know what he is talking about!
