United Check Cashing, Brick Township, NJ

Highly Recommend this Place. The Wonderful friendly Lady!!!! behind the counter was Amazing and saved my 4th of July Weekend. Thank so Much!!!!

I wanted to make a transfer today using this location and normally a very nice lady is working at that business. However today the owner took the reign to manage all transactions and he was a less than pleasant to deal with. His response after he could not find my phone number was "we are done here" and he actually refused to help me any further referencing Covid 19. I failed to understand the context here. I almost laughed when he was talking about an APP. He did not even understand that any data you input into the WU system on your PC would be instantly available to his location in his system. I guess he is not only rude but does not understand his business or at least the Western Union data management system. Understanding simple computer and information technology basics when you partner with Western Union or any banking institution should be a prerequisite. If he would have been professional it would have been ok. I would venture to guess that my friends at Western union would not appreciate the manner in which he treats his customers.

Sharon is a pleasure to deal with very professional and pleasent. Her customer service is on point.

Well I didn't believe till It happened but they refuse to cash my check because he don't like the owner of the franchise that I work for ?????? I never met the owner of the franchise myself so I don't get what this has to do with me or the money ? He Also said that checks bounce all the time I been cashing my check for the past 2 yrs never had a issue . If you have the same problem I advise to go down to Lakewood 204 ocean Ave is on the same street but about a 5-10 min depending on traffic just walked out of there with no problems all I had to do is write my number in the back of the check .

The warm and engaging woman who greeted me 4:00ish, Thurs., 05/10, started a totally Pleasureable visit from start to finish. She is a credit to your organization!
