Ted is the best! My husband found Golden Mortgage Corp during an internet search. We first contacted Ted over a year ago, we had some general questions as well as financial questions before applying for a mortgage. We were not yet clients and Ted spoke to us for about 2 hrs. He was so helpful and at the time was not gaining anything from us. When we were ready to start looking for a home we called Ted and we are so glad we did.
