There is only 5 stars to give but I would love to put 10! John answered my call first & was absolutely wonderful. He laid out all my options making sure I understood everything completely in the most respectful way always making me feel comfortable in all my decisions. He must have answered a million questions I threw at him & a couple answered twice lol. But truly finding this company has helped in many big ways & I am blessed that John answered my call. Also when going in to sign paper work John & Carol were both so patient and pleasant as I came in with my three kids and everyone knows children are not always patient, but between the two of them they kept the kids happy & made it so easy to finish up paper work with them. So if anyone is looking for a great experience to change your life this is the company I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again John & Carol you guys are amazing continue the great work you’re doing.

Carrol and John were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable in all financial matters you are in good hands for financial assistance with this team. If I could give ten stars I would. Working with this company is so easy and stress free. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with kindness and respect. Marlene assisted me and she could not have been more welcoming and professional. She took the time to find out what my financial goals were and then worked to find options to suit my needs. She made sure to present and explain all my options and expertly guided me in finding exactly the right loan for me. I never once felt pressured or rushed. Marlene was a complete professional and made the process not only quick and easy, but also enjoyable, which is not something you’d think getting a loan would be.
