Chris & the SunQuest team were given a highly favorable referral by another professional in the industry to utilize Chris's services. During our initial phone calls, e-mails and introductory paperwork required for my subsequent mortgage approval, I was impressed with Chris's ability to answer a variety of questions with ease. His services at all levels was incredibly helpful and understanding. Approximately 1 year after my closing, I was assessed thousands of dollars on my mortgage escrow due to a faulty closing error by my Reality Company. They refused to pay me my money for taxes they had held. Unsure who to contact- I reached out to Chris who kindly went to bat for me and contacted both local and state colleagues to get answers. It was only AFTER he took it upon himself to help me out that I was given back money my Reality Company erroneously had kept. It was through Chris's professional guidance that I was able to ensure the party responsible for their negligence was required to pay, in full, with any penalties on delinquent accounts, so the account could be whole. I can't thank Christian & his team enough for their prompt, professional behavior & evaluation before and after the mortgage closing. He saved me an incredible amount of time & money.
